Analysing the situation in the world,it's necessary to emphasise that fire outbreaks in forests across Europe have become a yearly phenomenon, often blamed on human negligence.The article gives the opinions of Alexander Bortnikov, the head of the Federal,and Nikolai Shmatkov, a forest expert at the Moscow office of the World Wildlife Fund.They said that fires are a part of this 'thousand cuts' strategy.Though there is no mention about Miriam’s opinion on the problem.I suppose she has the same ideas obout this issue,
